Nationals who are eligible for on-arrival UAE visas can prolong their stay without leaving the country by upgrading to a prepaid visa. Individuals who wish to prolong their stay or obtain UAE tourist visas without leaving the country are encouraged to do so in the event of unfavourable circumstances. The processing time for a visa is around 3 to 4 working days. Immigration approval is required for entry into the UAE. Except for the 96-hour and 48-hour visas, which are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, all visas are valid to enter Dubai for 60 days from the date of issue.
